No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days. Return Policy for Appliances (Juicers, Distillers, Dehydrators, Etc.): Items in new condition with the original warranty, 10% restocking fee. Items in new condition without warranty, 15% restocking fee. Items in used condition with the original warranty, 20% restocking fee. Return Policy for All Other Products (Supplements, Superfoods, Etc.): Any NON-PERISHABLE item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued - immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. Lauderdale, FL 33304 General Returns Information: Returns credited back to a credit card will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card on file. Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please contact us team@rawnatureboy.com. They will be happy to discuss your options with you. Shipping and Handling We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge. USA Orders: Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order trackable and insured by UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, as we do not currently offer US Postal Service shipping options on the web. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that state "Free shipping to the 48 USA states" do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands. Canada Orders: We no longer offer Canada Standard Shipping due to the high brokerage fees. Canada Express Shipping gets your package delivered sooner and brokerage fees are lower than Standard Shipping. International Orders: Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Raw Nature Boy is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. Recycled Packaging In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping. Please complete the online application and review the online Policies & Procedures section. Click YES that you reviewed this section before submitting your application. A distributor may be an individual, partnership or corporation whose completed application is accepted by Raw Nature Boy, LLC. Only authorized distributors of Raw Nature Boy, LLC may sell our line of products. Raw Nature Boy, LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any independent distributor agreement. Identification Number Raw Nature Boy, LLC independent distributors are set up in your legal name. Your social security number will be used as your identification number. Federal employer identification numbers (FEIN) will be used for distributors interested in structuring their business as a corporation or partnership. Also needed are a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and the official IRS confirmation letter containing the Federal Tax Identification number for the legal entity. For security reasons, please do not share your identification number with others. Raw Nature Boy, LLC will keep all identification numbers strictly confidential. Monthly Pay Period Raw Nature Boy, LLC Independent Distributor commissions will be paid on a monthly basis. Commission checks will be mailed out no later than the 15th day of each following month for orders received during the previous month; barring forces of nature that are beyond our control in the mailing of commission checks. Orders must be received no later than the last day of the month in order to be included in the commission check issued for that pay period. If a distributor believes there is an error in their commission check, they must notify Raw Nature Boy, LLC immediately. A written response must be received within (30) calendar days following that pay period. If no written response is received within the specified time frame, distributor waives all recourse with respect to alleged error. Independent Contractor, Licenses, Taxes Upon application approval and receiving your identification number, you are now eligible to conduct business as an independent distributor. It is understood that distributors are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Raw Nature Boy, LLC. Raw Nature Boy, LLC will file a 1099 form or its equivalent for each distributor at the end of the calendar year as required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Raw Nature Boy, LLC will not hold any amounts for taxes, social security, unemployment or other items required to be withheld. As an independent distributor you are responsible for the entire operation of your distributorship including any licenses required by law in your locality plus all income taxes, social security, and unemployment. Ethics As a Raw Nature Boy, LLC independent distributor you will observe the policies and procedures of the company, conduct your business in the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in dealing with customers and the general public. Unethical Activity Distributors must not participate in any activity that the company deems unethical. Violations in unethical behavior may result in termination of your distributorship. Examples are (included but not limited to): * Unauthorized use of another person’s credit card * Ordering products for someone without their knowledge * Spamming or unsolicited emails * Failure to adhere to the Raw Nature Boy, LLC policies regarding advertising and promotion. See (copyrights and trademarks section). * Engaging in any deceptive or unlawful trade practice or other illegal activity Packaging and Truthful and Accurate Independent contractors may not repackage or re-label any of the Raw Nature Boy, LLC products, or make any offer to sell Raw Nature Boy, LLC products that are not accurate and truthful as to price, grade quality, performance, and availability. Independent contractors shall not make exaggerated claims or misrepresentations. Product Health Claims Raw Nature Boy, LLC restricts independent contractors from making any verbal or written health claims about its products. Medical claims related to the Raw Nature Boy, LLC product line are strictly prohibited. Company Name, Trademarks and Logos The corporation trade names, trademarks, and logos are important and valuable business assets. They help identify the source and reputation of the company’s products and services and distinguish them from those of competitors. That is why Raw Nature Boy, LLC must protect its trademarks from misuse or infringement, or they can be lost. Each time a trademark or symbol is used improperly, the value can be greatly diminished. Therefore, Raw Nature Boy, LLC must make every effort to protect its trademarks, logos, label designs, and various product names and slogans so others cannot misuse them. Use of the above is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved by Raw Nature Boy, LLC. Ordering Policy and Backorders In order to receive proper volume credit on all orders placed, distributors must submit all orders through their own personally assigned website. To ensure accuracy and validity of orders, distributors should independently place orders. Any items that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available. Products will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt and payment of an order. Backorders are filled before new orders. Commissions on backordered items are credited to the month in which orders are fulfilled and payment from customer received. Product Liability Insurance Raw Nature Boy, LLC maintains a product liability insurance policy should an issue arise. However, this policy may not protect you if you fail to use products as directed or make unauthorized representations or unfounded product claims. Advertising and Approval Any use of advertisement must indicate you are a Raw Nature Boy, LLC independent distributor. Distributors agree to indemnify and hold Raw Nature Boy, LLC harmless from any claims made as a result of advertising and promotional materials produced and distributed by the distributor. Voluntary Resignation Raw Nature Boy, LLC independent distributor agreements may be voluntarily cancelled at any time and for any reason by submitting a signed letter of resignation. Involuntary Termination Raw Nature Boy, LLC reserves the right to involuntary terminate a distributor as a result of violations of policies and procedures set forth. Because violations can jeopardize both the Raw Nature Boy, LLC business and yours, they are considered extremely serious and can result in a loss of your distributorship. Entire Agreement Raw Nature Boy, LLC Policies & Procedures represent the entire agreement between Raw Nature Boy, LLC and the distributor. No other promises, agreements, offers or understandings of any kind shall be binding. The distributor must agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws relating to his or her business, or not engage in any unlawful or illegal trade practice or business activity. Together with the compensation plan and the Policies & Procedures constitute a complete contract between the distributor and Raw Nature Boy, LLC. Copyright The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Raw Nature Boy.
